Sean McCabe
Sean McCabe has been part of the Long Beach/Seal Beach surf crew since he started surfing at the age 12 in 1972. He started painting his own boards back in the day from longtime Long Beach shaper Herbie Spitzer (RIP), and harour surfboards. later, in 1995, he got into the shape room with the help of Matt Bettis, Robert August, Mike Minchington and a couple beers and got board #1 done.. now at over 12,800 Boards Shaped!
He has collaborated with Jordy and graham smith of smth surfboards shAPING SOME OF JORDY’S CT BOARDS AND CURRENTLY SHAPES BOARDS FOR THE NICARAGUA NATIONAL ISA TEAM, AND IS ALSO WORKING WITH THE BRAND SALT LIFE DESIGNING THEIR SOON TO BE LAUNCHED SURFBOARD LINE. He has moved the operation to new symrna beach florida AND WILL BE STOKING THE CREW ON THE E. COAST!!
